In 1997 we took over a bar business that had already closed for a few years to start a new career path. We had in mind to create an alternative place. A BREWERY with Sandwich Shop that at the time of the events was still an activity that could give many different ideas.
A couple of months was the time needed to create the image of the place, trying to make the most of the furnishings left inside the old business while maintaining the Anglo-Saxon style that we had in mind.
So on October 25, 1997 we create “La Taverna del Ponte”
